Know how it’s going without opening the dashboard

A daily or weekly email with what sold, what came in, and what people answered — sent to whoever needs it.

Daily or weeklyUp to 10 recipientsNo login needed

The question every organiser asks

“How many tickets have we sold?” “How many chose vegetarian?” “How much have we actually collected?” Someone has to log in, find the form, and read it off — and usually that someone is the one person with the password.

A summary email answers all of it on a schedule, and goes to people who have no account at all: your treasurer, your committee, the caterer who needs the headcount.

What’s in it

Three windows on every table — all time, last 7 days, last 30 days.

1

Totals

Submissions, paid, pending, and how much has been collected.

2

By payment method

Zelle, card and employer matching shown separately, with the number of payments behind each. Appears when more than one was used.

3

Last activity

When the most recent submission came in, in your timezone. The quickest way to notice something has gone quiet.

4

Customers

How many distinct people are behind those submissions, and how many ordered more than once. Counts only — no names or emails.

5

Items sold

Quantity per ticket type or product, plus a total. The headcount answer.

Answers to your questions

Every custom field gets its own table — how many chose chicken, how many chose vegetarian, guest counts summed.

Deliberate choices worth knowing

No personal data. The customer section is counts only. Recipients can include crew with no dashboard login and any address you typed in, and an email can’t be un-shared — so names and amounts stay in the dashboard, where access is controlled.

Employer-matched gifts count the full matched total — the donor’s contribution plus the employer’s match — because that’s what your organisation actually receives.

Card is counted at your price, not what the customer was charged. The difference belongs to the processor and was never your money, so counting it would flatter the figure.

Common questions

Who can receive it?

Anyone — dashboard users, team and crew, or an address you type in. Up to ten per form.

Is it plan-gated?

No. Every form owner can turn it on, on any plan.

Can I send one right now?

Yes — there’s a “save and send now” button so you can check the recipients and content without waiting.

Does it include a spreadsheet?

No attachment. The tables are the report; row-level data lives in the dashboard where you can export it.

Keep 100% of what you collect

No percentage fees, ever. Free for 25 payments a month, $29/month flat above that — and free with unlimited payments for nonprofits.
