Many companies match their employees’ charitable gifts — but donors rarely follow through. AxeFee puts it right in the checkout — one tick-box beside a donation — so a supporter can double their impact in a couple of taps.
A simple path from gift to doubled gift.
They pay their order as normal — Zelle or card — add a donation on top, and tick “my employer will match this,” naming the employer and the amount.
Once the order is paid they submit the gift to their employer’s giving portal — which almost always asks for a receipt — and come back to confirm when the employer approves it.
Your dashboard shows the donor’s gift as money received and the employer’s share as a pledge, kept separate until it actually arrives.
Employer matching is one of the easiest ways to grow a gift — at no cost to the donor or you.
A $100 donation can become $200 when the employer matches.
Matched amounts are recorded and shown in your reporting.
Approve, correct, or decline a match you don’t recognize.
A pledge isn’t cash. Reports show the gift you received and the employer’s share separately, so a forecast never reads as a receipt.

They pay their order the usual way, add a donation on top, and tick the box naming their employer and the match amount. After paying they submit the gift through their employer’s giving portal, then come back to confirm once it’s approved. AxeFee records the pledge against the donation.
Yes — owners can approve, correct the amounts, or decline a match, and reporting updates accordingly.
No — and that is deliberate. Corporate matching programs almost universally exclude tickets, dues and event admission, and the donor certifies what they submit. So AxeFee attaches the match to the donation a supporter adds on top of their order, never to the price of what they bought. A $50 ticket with a $30 gift claims a match on the $30.
Two things on the free Non-Profit plan: employer matching in Settings, and a donation field on the form itself — the match rides on that gift, so a form with nothing to donate to has nothing to match.
Many large companies offer matching programs. The donor submits through their own employer’s program; AxeFee records the pledge until it arrives.
